EUCEMAN organizes symposium at the Nanotech
EUCEMAN organizes and chairs a symposium on micro and nanoreliability at the Microtech Conference & Expo in Santa Clara, CA, USA, in June 2012.
Following the recent Microtech/ Nanotech 2010 in Anaheim, CA and 2011 in Boston, MA, it is the third symposium organised by EUCEMAN members.
